The Light Millennium Global (LMGlobal.Org) Unanimously Approved for Membership in the Prestigious International “Two Mountains Think Tank Alliance”

NEW YORK, NY — July 20, 2026 — The Secretariat of the Think Tank Alliance for Research on the Theory of “Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains Are Invaluable Assets” (commonly known as the Two Mountains Think Tank Alliance) has formally announced that The Light Millennium, Charitable Global Human Advancement Organization (LMGlobal.Org) has been unanimously approved as a formal member entity.

Following a comprehensive assessment of the organization’s research capacity, global advocacy programs, and alignment with ecological civilization goals, the Alliance’s First Council voted unanimously during its 8th meeting to grant LMGlobal.Org membership.

This prestigious international partnership directly aligns with LMGlobal.Org’s recent official accreditation by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) as an Observer, representing a diverse and unique form of international collaboration and global recognition of the organization’s ongoing work in water, ocean, ecosystem, and environmental programs.

The Genesis of Collaboration: An Invited Study Visit to a Living Ecological Model

This formal milestone is the continuation of an active, mutually respectful engagement with the region’s environmental philosophy. Following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Huzhou University Institute of Two Mountains Theory in November 2024, LMGlobal.Org’s leadership was invited on an extensive, hosted study visit of Huzhou and its surrounding ecological landmarks.

This guided delegation included first-hand observations of Huzhou University, the ancient city, and the serene, majestic lake and mountain environments where the “Two Mountains” theory was originally conceived. Documented in LMGlobal.Org’s reporting in late 2024 and early 2025, this pristine environment and its celebrated vertical stone inscription—”Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains Are Invaluable Assets“—served as an inspiring proof of concept.

For LMGlobal.Org, the visit illustrated a remarkable, long-term commitment along with success story—demonstrating how visionary environmental leadership and a profound respect for nature can systematically convert heavily polluted industrial zones into pristine, globally recognized ecological and cultural sanctuaries. This systemic transformation serves as a powerful, highly encouraging blueprint for what can be achieved globally when environmental preservation and the protection of human life are prioritized over short-term industrial interests. This deep alignment between physical proof-of-concept and civil society advocacy laid the groundwork for LMGlobal.Org’s formal induction into the Alliance.

Originating from this powerful ecological philosophy—which positions environmental health as inseparable from sustainable economic wealth—the Alliance unites leading academic, scientific, and civil society organizations to advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
As a formal member, LMGlobal.Org is poised to contribute its long-standing advocacy in water security, ocean conservation, and technological integration to the Alliance’s joint strategic and policy-oriented research.

Recognition: The “Guardian of the Blue” Plaque

This formal membership follows the successful participation of LMGlobal.Org’s leadership at the international “Guardian of the Blue” Ocean Day Conference held at Hebei University of Environmental Engineering in China on June 8, 2026.
To mark this collaboration and LMGlobal.Org’s formal induction, the Alliance presented the organization with an official commemorative plaque.

About the Two Mountains Think Tank Alliance

Led by the Institute of “Two Mountains” Theory of Huzhou Normal University, the Two Mountains Think Tank Alliance was formally founded in 2022, with its headquarters located in Huzhou, China, to conduct strategic, policy-oriented, and practical research on ecological civilization. Comprising leading institutions such as the China Ecological Civilization Research and Promotion Association and various departments of the Chinese Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Alliance serves as an international platform for ecological and economic development models.
