NEW YORK, NY — The Light Millennium, Inc. / Global (LMGLOBAL.ORG), a charitable, United Nations – associated human advancement organization, officially issues an urgent call for leaders, experts, and global citizens to take a part in its upcoming Annual Meeting and Board of Elections, streaming virtually on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. EST.
This marks the organization’s third formal Board of Directors election cycle (following the 2022–2024 and 2024–2026 terms) executed under its transformative 2019 “Amended-and-Broadened” Certificate of Incorporation. Crucially, this election cycle initiates The Light Millennium’s 25th Anniversary Year since its formal creation in July 2001. Rooted in an unyielding commitment to the present and the future—guided by the philosophy that even “now” instantly becomes history—the organization focuses on the present time to actively invest in tomorrow’s human advancement.

A 25-YEAR VOLUNTEERING LANDMARK LOOKING TO THE FUTURE

For a quarter of a century, LMGlobal.Org has operated purely on a voluntary basis, translating grassroots energy into highly sustained, vastly expanded international collaborations. To anchor its upcoming 2026–2028 operational term, the organization is enthusiastically and purposefully looking to expand its Governing Body.
We are explicitly seeking visionary board nominees, advisory members, and committee volunteers, with an urgent structural need for professionals specialized in:

• Finance & Accounting Oversight
• Grant Writing & Philanthropic Fundraising
• Pro-Bono Legal Counsel & Corporate Governance Attorneys

• Global Water Security & UN Engagement: Reflecting its diverse, rights-based programming, the organization proudly highlights its robust Water Program, having recently presented its 6th Annual World Water Day virtual session. Following its active participation as an official side event organizer at the historic 2023 UN Water Conference, LMGlobal.Org is actively planning its participation in upcoming 2026 global water forums, whether in person or online.

• Award-Winning Public Media (#LightMillenniumTV | LMTV): Originally broadcasted through QPTV.org channels and preserved via non-commercial on-demand archives, the organization’s public access television arm (Light Millennium TV) continues to achieve major creative acclaim. LMTV proudly brought home three Alliance for Community Media (ACM) Awards—winning two awards in 2023 and an additional award in 2024—under the web-based produced programs category.

• The Compulsory Peace & ICTs Education Campaign: Serving as a prominent pillar of the organization’s modern output, this landmark program has already delivered 8 impactful public sessions since September 2024. The June briefing will preview Campaign Session #9 (Non-Violent Peace Action) scheduled for October 3, 2026.

• The 2027 J.U.C. Awards: Entering its 4th international cycle, these bi-annual Media, Research, Innovation, and Writing Awards continue to mobilize and empower high school students globally through bi-lingual academic excellence.
