[LMGlobal.Org] The below-listed names are the Board of Directors of the Light Millennium, Charitable Global Human Advancement Organization (LMGlobal.Org) for the term 2022-2024, which were elected during the last Annual Meeting that took place at the Salvation Army International Social Justice Commission in New York City on June 17, 2022.

We thank very much the previous term’s Board of Directors, which also led the Organization’s 2001 Certificate of Incorporation and By-Laws’ “Amendment-Broadened-and-Restated” of these documents’ entire legal process through the guidance of a pro-bono law firm (via Volunteer Lawyers of Arts), which took near to five years, were eventually approved both by the New York State Office of Attorney General and the New York State Department of State effective on December 17, 2019.

However, the LMGlobal.Org has faced some challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic as the entire world did. In this line, its transition period from 2001 to 2019 Certificate of Incorporation along with By-Laws, also faced some challenges. The Organization is determined to transform itself in full according to the 2019 Mission/Purposes and the By-Laws.

To that extent, as an ongoing approach, we are seeking ways to expand and empower the Board of the LMGlobal.Org.
We welcome new participants from various cultural and professional backgrounds to establish diversity within the Board. We aim to increase the sustainability of the Organization, with diverse and inclusive participation from different professional disciplines and cultural backgrounds globally.

If you are interested in joining the organization: you may take part in the Governing Body, or the Advisory Board; you may serve as a Pro-Bono Professional, a Volunteer Representative, a Volunteer Staff Member, a Translator, or get involved in the Production/Program aspects of the organization, or one of its COMMITTEES. If you would like to be a part of the LM, please send us an email indicating your interest area in the subject line along with your resumé email to: CONTACT(at)LIGHTMILLENNIUM.ORG
