HUMAN RIGHTS, ENVIRONMENT, AND ARMAMENT IN THE WORLD.

Today’s world has a lot of wrong things and as long as these do not change it is kinda impossible to leave a good world for the future. Therefore, If I became the President of the World, I would change more than three things. But their things take priority. I will explain these things under a general heading: human rights, environment, and armament in the world. Some of these topics within these titles will be like reorganization and some will change completely. Would these topics I changed work? Who knows. But it is worth trying.

I start with changing some human rights. The first of these rights is education. Every person has to be educated all over the world, but this education will not contain unnecessary information that students never use throughout their lives. Children, youth, adults, and old people will be able to get an equal education regardless of their social, economic conditions. There will be no private schools and all schools must be linked to the government. And what governments had to do is to provide quality, equitable, and easily accessible education. In the schools, they learn what they are interested in as well as the education of the profession they want. Thus, countries with high vision will increase. Although there are positive results of the increase in these countries, there will also be problems. One of these problems is workers.

 There are no workers in a country where there’s no shortage of livelihoods. But they need people to do things that nobody wants to do. As a solution, artificial intelligence robots or disgraceful criminals can be used as workers. What if we use robots for these jobs?  It is necessary to make decisions on artificial intelligence ethics, which is an issue that emerged with the introduction of artificial intelligence, which emerged with rapidly developing technology, into people’s lives. I would allow it to be limited, that artificial intelligence will not affect human security and rights, but as technology is constantly evolving, these permissions must also evolve and change. Since this process is too long, tiring, and will not end, I would let them use roboethics, which are produced directly by adding this concept of ethics to robots. Because the ethics of these robots depends on them, I would publish a declaration that addresses the robots’ ethics, such as the human rights declaration, which is mandatory worldwide. This is a huge power and power brings great responsibility.

The second right is LGBTQ+ rights, freedom of religion, and the associated racism and bullying(cyberbullying). In recent years, people have been seeking their rights on social media and some of these groups are minorities, lgbtq+, disabled people. The reason why they doing this is that they still do not have rights in their country. These rights vary from country to country. And this has to change. Asking other people so that homosexuals can marry each other is as unreasonable as asking Muslims if the Christian minority can enter the church. It’s absurd that non-gays make decisions on behalf of gays so when I become the president of the world, I would change that. And LGBTQ+ members will determine their rights. Some of the members are also excluded because of their religion or irreligious. Although these exclusions exist in real life, they reach far greater limits on social media and affect people.

Social media that emerged with the use of the Internet is used very wrong by people. Because in such an unrestricted environment, people did whatever they wanted to do. They wrote without thinking about what came to their mind. Some got angry when they heard an idea other than their own, some got angry when they saw someone different from themselves. They presented all their hatred, forgetting that they are real people and they got feelings. Because of this social media can cause depression, anxiety, loneliness, self-harm. And people around the world who see mental illness as. In addition, spending on mental health worldwide is very low. I also increased these expenses. So I would also put restrictions on social media so that people don’t cross their limits. One of these restrictions would be closing fake accounts. Because some people try to feel free, to cheat, harass, lynch something they don’t like by hiding behind fake accounts. One of the things I will change about the internet is forbidding clickbait. Because clickbait is a type of fraud. Some sites do this in such a way that it is not possible to get information from the clicked title.

Environment pollution, climate change, global warming, nuclear power are the most important problem in the world. If we want a future for our children and grandchildren, we need a world that we can leave to them. Every country tries to impose responsibility on its own. Because the measures that can be applied to prevent damage to the environment are costly. This has created a need for countries to come together to formulate a policy to protect the common environment used. Since the environment is the common global public asset of everyone, it is necessary to cooperate for its protection. The environmental policy describes the determination of a country’s preferences and goals for the solution of environmental problems. However, an environment suitable for the conditions required for the success of global environmental policies has not yet been created. So the second thing I would change would be environmental policies.

 First, I would require countries to separate garbage in homes. Some countries that apply this today and if it becomes global, its effects will be faster and more effective. Most simply, the oils used in homes are collected and recycled instead of pouring into the sink and causing a lot of damage to the environment, when they are turned into biodiesel and used as motor fuel, etc. is used and the environmental damage is many times less than diesel oils. And I would require all materials that can be recycled, such as that oils, to be collected and recycled in this way. In addition, I would increase the support for non-governmental organizations working to increase ecological awareness worldwide and I would provide support to increase it.

 As the awareness of people on this issue increases, the damage to animals will decrease. In addition, I would oblige the Universal Declaration of Animal Rights to be put in the constitution and punishment in all countries because they cannot claim their rights. “Not all humans are guilty but all animals are innocent.“

Another environmental issue is nuclear energy, which is one of the most important problems of the environment, except for any accident pollutes the environment less than other energies, but a possible accident causes incredible damage to all humanity. Accidents like Chernobyl, Japan have a devastating effect on humans and animals. Thus, nuclear power plants appear as a problem rather than a solution. On the other hand, the energy needs of developing economies cause investments in nuclear energy despite these risks. I would work to increase the safety measures for nuclear power plants that are in operation today. For the newly established nuclear power plants, I would also allow it, on the condition that they are located on the water’s edge as far away from people as possible. Otherwise a possible another accident will cause the rapid increase of climate change.

Another factor caused by climate change is drought. And as drought increases, agricultural productivity decreases. As agricultural productivity decreases, hunger increases in other countries whose irrigation systems are not like those of developed countries. It should not be forgotten that the states that do not commit corruption in their own countries are the ones who establish the corruption order in international politics. In other words, since almost all of the poor countries in the world are former colonial countries, it is an undeniable fact that Western colonists played a role in the corruption system in these countries. The prevalence of corruption in a country is one of the most important obstacles to the enrichment of that country. Just as corruption causes poverty, poverty also causes corruption. However, as the corruption in the countries with high welfare levels is at a minimum level thanks to the laws regulated, no loss is allowed in this regard to reduce the welfare of the whole society. In these laws, I would oblige him to come to countries with lower wealth. Anyway, countries should help each other to solve this hunger problem. Obesity as much as hunger is a huge problem around the world, and so much food produced is not evenly distributed, and it is wasted because there is not much production and storage. Considering the waste made by developed countries, investments in food produced should also be made to protect the food produced. Otherwise, there is a lot of waste.

Another factor that causes drought is wars. Actually, both are very interdependent. Drought leads to war, increased drought in wars. In undeveloped countries, people migrate to cities due to a lack of water. One of the biggest examples of this problem was Syria. Since there is no agriculture, there is no opportunity to work there and there is no job for people who migrate to the city. The government was incapable of meeting the needs of the people and meeting the changing environmental, social, and economic needs in the country. Beyond being the result of global climate change, drought is the product of mismanagement of water and soil resources and is the result of bad agricultural policies.

And we have come to the last thing I will change: the extreme armament and the armament permissions in the world. In addition, there are many kinds of armaments, and there are nuclear weapon races in the world recently.

“To establish peace by disarmament.” This slogan has been around for years. However, with the increasing and never-ending conflicts in other countries, armament is increasing in many parts of the world. This makes me think that humanity does not want peace. Humanity is in favor of wealth, discussion, conflict, and wars involving terror. Perhaps it is true that Hobbes says that human beings are violent and selfish by nature. And I think so.

Armament has an innocent explanation and this is expressed with the word “deterrence”. It is said that deterrence is essential to ensure peace. But somehow all occupations and massacres were carried out in the name of “peacekeeping”. To be against all kinds of war, all kinds of violence, to stand for peace no matter what happens is to pass through disarming the peoples. Autonomous regions within countries are supported and armed by other countries. These are like parasites and need to be treated. Therefore, I would ensure the complete integrity of the countries. I would ban armament in a way that would not harm humanity to a certain extent. To intimidate criminals.

After these first three issues, I would work to reduce crime, which is one of the most important issues. I would also come up with new solutions to prevent these problems. And everyone wants a world peace in which peoples can live equally, in brotherhood, without exploitation and oppression. The world I designed is this way. This is utopian but it will become true when I am the leader of the World. I would love to leave such a world to my children and grandchildren. I would like them to continue this world that I have designed in a way that is constantly changing, in a way that they will always aim for better. And I would tell them never to forget that the future shape the past.
